The Lincoln MKZ is an American sedan that was introduced to the brand’s line-up in 2006 and one that shares its underpinnings with the Ford Fusion. Currently in its second generation, it’s undergone a mid-life refresh to denote its relationship to the recently introduced Continental.

Sharing more than just an aesthetic similarity with the brand’s flagship model, the 2017 Lincoln MKZ is for those who are on the lookout for something different in the luxury market. From its unique push-button gear selector to a floating center console, it’s the culmination of beautiful form and function.

From a technological standpoint, the MKZ offers a fully retractable panoramic glass roof, a superior Revel audio system, Adaptive Cruise Control, automatic park assist, pre-collision assist, blind spot detection, lane keeping assist, and pedestrian detection, all while flaunting the highest Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) rating.

Under the hood, the 2017 Lincoln MKZ houses one of two engines, a beefy 3.0-liter twin turbo V6 that generates 365 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque, or a smaller and more efficient 2.0-liter turbocharged unit that generates 250 horsepower and 389 Nm of torque. Drive modes come in the form of Comfort, Normal, and Sport, while Dynamic Torque Vectoring and continually controlled damping ensures comfortable and confident handling.

Prices start at AED 160,000 and top out at AED 175,000 for the 2.0-liter variant, while the 3.0-liter starts at AED 220,000 and soars up to AED 240,000.
