- Dated Transmission
The Suzuki Baleno - a familiar name for Indian expats in the Middle East - is a five-door hatchback that competes with the likes of the Ford Figo and the Peugeot 208. With taut headlamps and crisp contours running the length of the vehicle, it shares a common DNA with its larger sibling, the Swift.
Powered by a 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine, the Baleno is good for 91 horsepower and 130 Nm of torque. Mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission, it directs its power to the front wheels and bears a top speed of 165 km/h.
With a well-built cabin and features that are far superior to its rivals, the Baleno is out to redefine the term Value for Money.
