The car will be sold to the highest bidder.
The bid should be presented in a sealed envelope,
- the proposed price written in numbers and letters,
- the name, surname, address, telephone number of the interested buyer,
- the photocopy of their Kuwaiti ID.
The bid will be addressed to Mrs LEGENDRE and presented to the French Embassy in Kuwait before April 11th at 1 PM. All proposals reaching the Embassy after this time will not be taken into consideration.
The sale will be concluded with the highest bidder, who will be decided after the opening of all the bids by a special commission at the Embassy. The French Embassy will contact the highest bidder afterwards.
A tax of 4 % will be added to the retained offer, which the buyer will have to pay on top of their agreed offer.
