If you are looking for a sports car that has all the suave and sophistication of a high-class vehicle yet is spiced with excitement and an incredible design the Audi R8 is a ride that shouts, “I mean business”. 

This highly refined sports car gives you everything you would expect from a car in its class and some extra. The R8 provides a smooth ride, it is incredible to handle and although sporty, is comfortable and practical. For those who always wanted something flashy, the R8 is a great investment and has been the pick of many “A” list celebrities, plus it featured in the film “Iron Man”. 

Compared to last year’s model, the 2012 Audi R8 has hardly changed. Therefore, what will you expect from this incredible car? As you can imagine, prices are high for the Audi R8, and are in a similar price bracket to the Maserati GranTurismo Coupe and around twice the price of the new Porsche Boxster Convertible.  This car would suit couples and professionals, as well as speed seekers; it holds real presence on the road and turns heads.

The downsides to the Audi R8 are mainly the cost of running. Fuel consumption for instance, stands at around 13.3 Liters/100 km and although it has received rave reviews, some still think the semi-automatic gearbox, which is optional, can be very jerky at low speeds.

The Audi R8 has been voted one of the best sports cars ever made and has won numerous awards for performance.
