Review: Toyota FJ Cruiser for a drive! Highway or the Desert dunes? by Steven

The 2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser had been purchased from a private owner in the year 2011 under a used condition but this is that car that has still given me a lot to be thankful about. Firstly the exterior design of the car is totally a head turner, which therefore grabs plenty of attention! Secondly, even though the car is in used condition, it had given me a reasonable performance in terms of engine functioning and other spare parts functioning in a good condition, the car drinks up less amount of fuel which in turn works as a petrol cost saving incentive for me, so in this case, the overall investment that I had made in this car is totally worth! But there is one drawback that when it comes to replacing the spare parts, it might prove to be a hindrance or might even cost more than usual.

Like: This car is driver friendly, whether you travel on a highway road or try driving it on the desert sand it still works out fine! As the car is big in size it attracts a lot of attention during traffic hours, it has a great stereo system that suits my taste, it is within the price range when I get the servicing done from Toyota showroom and there are less chances of a break down :)

Dislikes: As this car is a two door it acts as a disadvantage to the passengers who are usually seated at the back and when it comes to replacing the tires, the price proves to be hefty for me :(
