Abu Dhabi Police Initiates Black Point Reduction Programme for Traffic Offenders

Drivers in the UAE can now reduce the amount of black points they have by participating in the new programme which has been hosted by the Emirates Driving Company. The programme consists of 5 training sessions which include theory and a simulator classes. The programme’s classes will be based on driving safety and following road etiquettes while also adding upon proper handling of vehicles.

This programme is another initiative the traffic police have taken to help violators right their wrongs and become better drivers. A special counter has been set at many vehicle licensing departments to show the importance of this course and to invite more motorists to take part in this. Any further queries can be answered by the officials sitting at the counters.

Each person taking the course has 8 black points removed and they can only take part in this programme once a year.
