Revealed: 2015 Cadillac XTS Safety Features

The newest tech buzz in the automotive industry is the self-driving vehicle. Many manufacturers are trying their level best to bring this dream to reality. Cadillac is joining that bandwagon with the 2015 Cadillac XTS which has autonomous vehicle features in addition to the abundant safety features. Some of the highlighted safety features are:
- Safety Alert Seat which vibrates the left or right cushion of the seat depending on the concerned obstacle to avoid collision.
- Automatic Collision Preparation which applies the brakes automatically when the driver fails to react.
- Driver Awareness Package which includes Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, Blind Spot, Rear Cross Traffic and Reflected LED Display apart from Safety Seat Alert.
- Driver Assist Package which includes Driver Awareness Package, Automatic Collision Preparation and Adaptive Cruise Control.
- Automatic Parallel Park Assist
So, Cadillac has finally stepped up its game to rival the Germans who already provide all of the above safety features. The 2015 Cadillac XTS will be available in Middle East by next month.
